Southeast Wisconsin work day at Bluff Creek
April 20
The Southeast Wisconsin TU Chapter (SEWTU) and the Oakbrook IL TU Chapter will combine forces for a workday April 20th on Bluff Creek in northwest Walworth County Wisconsin.
We will be planting trees at strategic locations along the banks of the creek. While full details of the session are not yet available, some general expectations based on past work days are provided below. However, please stay tuned for final confirmation of the detail plans. EXPECTED LOCATION: The Creek is located just southeast of the city of Whitewater. In the past, we have met where Bluff Creek crosses county Highway P. There is a small roadside parking area just to the north of the bridge. Link to Map for Work Location
EXPECTED WORK SCHEDULE INCLUDING LUNCH: We typically work from about 9am-Noon with a Brat Fry following. We recommend that you bring a folding chair for the Brat Fry social.
