OBTU Fishing Outing in Viroqua Wisconsin Area

Join Oak Brook Trout Unlimited members for a weekend of fishing, fun, and food in southwest Wisconsin!
This trip provides flexibility to plan your own preferred travel schedule and select the lodging of your choice. Some OBTU members will be camping, and others will be staying at motels or other rental properties.
While travel and lodging for this trip are arranged “on your own”, we plan to meet in Viroqua on Friday evening for a group dinner.
If you are new to fly fishing or the Driftless Area, we can pair you up with a TU member who can offer some coaching/guiding. Also, for those interested, efforts will be made to arrange ride sharing.
The fishing outing will include an optional CONSERVATION WORK SESSION on Saturday. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has approved OBTU as an “Adopt-A-Highway” participant. OBTU has been assigned responsibility for cleaning WI-56 from Reed Dr. to County Rd S to near Viola. With a good turnout, we expect the trash pickup can be completed in short order so we can get back to chasing trout!
