DESCRIPTION:NOTE: Meeting Location is back to CENTRAL PARK WEST BUILDING \nThis is the chapter’s annual meeting and will include board member elections by a vote of OBTU members in attendance.   Board elections will be followed by the annual election of chapter officers to take place after the general membership meeting. \nTopic : \n“Southwest Michigan Fishing Opportunities”  \nSpeaker: \n \n  \nJake Marthaler\, professional guide\, specializes in fly fishing Southwest Michigan waters. Jake guides with Schultz Outfitters who are based on the Huron River in Ypsilanti\, Michigan. Jake grew up going to his family’s lake house in Southwest Michigan. He learned to fly fish on the Snake River in Wyoming as a kid. In the spring of 2022 he joined the Schultz Outfitters Guide Staff and is focusing on his home waters of Western Michigan. As a well-traveled and diverse angler\, you can see Jake chasing a variety of species. If you’re looking for a change of pace and new water to explore\, here is your opportunity to experience what Southwest Michigan has to offer. \nSummary: \nJake will talk about what to expect during the different times of the year in Western Michigan Rivers. He will also include a short briefing on Schultz Outfitters destination travel.
