Due to the unexpected and extreme Covid surge\, the OBTU Board unanimously decided to cancel the option to attend “In-Person”. We hope to return to a “Hybrid” or “In-Person” meeting format in February.\n\n\nNotice of 2022 Annual Meeting (required by OBTU by-laws):\n\nElection of Directors: The Annual Meeting of the general membership of the Oak Brook Chapter of Trout Unlimited shall be called to order at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday\, January 19\, 2022 at 7:00pm. (See location and Zoom details below.)\nThe meeting shall be called to elect two Directors to serve full terms of three (3) years.\nThe Leadership Development and Nominating Committee has nominated the following members to serve a full term of three (3) years as Directors:\nNominee: Dale MacDonald\nNominee: John Snyder\nFurther nominations may be made by members from the floor as so provided in the Bylaws.\nEach member in good standing who is present shall be entitled to cast two (2) votes for the member’s two choices of full-term Directors. The two nominees for Directorships receiving the most votes shall be elected.\n\nElection of Officers: The Leadership Development and Nominating Committee has nominated the following members to serve a term of one year in the offices as indicated:\nPresident – Willie Beshire\nVice President – Dave Carlson\nSecretary—Carol Hennessy\nTreasurer—Jack Potts\nThis slate of officers has served several terms in their current positions and have volunteered to continue to serve subject to their re-election by the OBTU Board.\nFurther officer nominations may be made from the floor by the Board of Directors as so provided in the Bylaws. This program details all of the little tricks and tips to “pro up” your fly fishing game. \nDustan Harley was born less than a mile from the Saint Joseph River and can’t remember a time when he wasn’t on the river fishing. He grew up fishing on the rivers of Indiana and Michigan and is lucky enough today to spend most days on those same rivers. He founded Ripple Guide Service in 1999 to give fishermen an unforgettable experience.
