DESCRIPTION:Speaker:  Jay Allen\, Fly Fishing Guide and Owner of the Muskegon River Inn \nTopic:  Jay will discuss his experience guiding in Wyoming’s Wind River region located about a two hour ride from the Jackson Hole Airport.  Much of the Wind River is within North America’s largest native American Reservation.  Fishing within tribal lands requires permits resulting in limited fishing pressure in some areas.  The waters offer outstanding opportunities to land trophy sized rainbow\, brown and cutthroat trout.  The Wind River Range is a beautiful area with scenery rivaling the national parks. \nThe annual election of OBTU Board Members will take place.  Announcements of upcoming events will take place followed by the key note speaker. \nThis is a hybrid meeting.  You can attend in person at the Central Park West Building at the Oak Brook Park District (see map below) or you can attend the meeting remotely by signing on to Zoom via the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83762215928  Meeting ID: 837 6221 5928
